Argotek CRM & sales pipeline, built on their ERP
Overview
Argotek needed a CRM and sales pipeline that worked with their existing ERP rather than around it. I took it from concept to production solo: the product thinking, UX, UI, and code were all mine, with Claude AI speeding up the build.
One person, from first sketch to a working app the team uses, with no design-to-engineering hand-off.
The problem
Sales lived in spreadsheets and disconnected tools while the source of truth (orders, inventory, customers) sat in the ERP. Reps lacked a clear pipeline view, and data had to be re-keyed between systems, creating errors and lost time.
What I built
- A CRM with a single, reliable view of customers and accounts.
- A sales pipeline that makes deal stages, ownership, and next actions obvious at a glance.
- ERP integration so customer, order, and product data stay in sync, with no double entry.
How I built it
I didn't hand off a static mockup. I designed in Figma, prototyped in real code, and shipped, testing the interactions and iterating with the team in days rather than sprints. Claude AI sped up the engineering, so the design intent stayed intact all the way to production.
The result is a product shaped by the same person who understands the users, the design system, and the code, which kept it fast to build and coherent to use.
